That's why we offer service contracts, so you or your employees get fast and proper support. Our service contracts are available in three levels: Basic, All-in Basic and All-in Plus. With the Basic level, you have access to phone or remote service, where our technicians will help you remotely troubleshoot problems. With the All-in Basic level, you benefit from the same telephone and remote service, but we also offer on-site support. Our technicians are ready to come to your facility and fix any problems on-site. For the ultimate peace of mind, in addition to remote and on-site service, our All-in-Plus level offers replacement equipment. Should a hardware problem occur, we will make sure you are back up and running quickly.
